Randy Shadowalker has been a producer, Director, DoP, and editor of music videos for many years. While with Cascadia Media Collective (1999-2004) he created many music vids that went inside of CMCs Cutting edge documentaries like A Year in the Streets as well as the Independent media tutorial Guerrilla Video Primer. He has also created many music videos in a wide range of styles.

Some good examples of using B roll footage to create fast cutting, high action videos would be A Year in the Streets Intro (music by Seattle punk band Christ on a Crutch) and Guerrilla Video Primer Intro (music by Chumbawamba).

More traditional MTV style music videos are a specialty.

Dead Americans are an edgy NW indie Rock band. There video involves a rather complex story boarded plot, interspliced with quick cuts to live performance. Check it out.

Glutton Mouthis an eclectic band from Cottage Grove Oregon. There video utilizes elaborate bizarre costumes with a circus plot with some live performance mixed in. Check it out.

The Whiskey Spots are an old time jug band from Eugene Oregon. There video is to a slow swing song performed live with a few staged shots thrown in. Check it out.
